KCR180型沥青路面开槽机是用于沥青路面修补裂缝开槽的专用机械，它具有体积小，行进灵活，工作可靠效率高的优点，是沥青路面修补灌缝前对裂缝开槽的必备机械。
其工作原理是由动力强劲的本田及永光的汽油发动机作为动力源，通过三角带带动主轴高速旋转，手摇升降手轮使主轴下降，切割裂缝，前行走轮采用万向轮，使整机在工作中可以按照裂缝自然形成的曲线进行切槽。
KCR180 Concrete Pavement Slotting Machine (Grooving Machine) is a compact, easy-to-use, and effective grooving machine, which is a necessary machine in making grooves before asphalt pavement repair.
This machine is powered by the HONDA gasoline engine and drives the main axle by the belt. The winch handle controls the height of axle and cut the pavement. The grooving machine moves on the universal wheel, which ensures the machine moving on the cracks smoothly.
